Accommodation Features
This cottage offers accommodation for six guests in two double bedrooms (one with en-suite shower- room, one with a superb balcony), plus one twin bedded room. Impressively modernised and beautifully appointed, the exceptional interior is furnished and equipped to the highest specification with tastefully co-ordinated decor and fabrics. Spacious enclosed gardens to the rear with lawns and a private patio, each with a Hot Tub for relaxing and watching the stars, in total privacy. Alternatively, why not try Alfresco/barbeque dining in the large private gardens. These gardens have a children's play area, relaxed seating, set in lawned grounds, with the most amazing scenic views. Neighbouring horses/ponies come right up to the boundary walls for the occasional carrot. Belford's friendly ducks waddle up the street and are often found sitting outside on the grassed areas at the front of the properties. Guests and visitors are able to park in their own private Car Park which is entered via a set of remotely controlled iron gates, affording security for guests and complete safety for children at play.
The accomodation comprises:

- Double bedroom with French doors leading to a superb balcony area with views which will inspire all budding artists. Outdoor dining facilities are also to be enjoyed from this level.
- Twin bedroom overlooking the rear garden and patio.
- Superb luxury bathrooms with bath, bidet and separate shower cubicle, to ensure complete relaxation.
- Heating is provided by Gas with radiators throughout, complemented by a stylish contemporary log burning gas stove in the lounge.
- Equipment includes T.V. with Free View and DVD player. Free Broadband internet access, radio, washing machine/tumble dryer and iron. Telephone for free local calls as well as all incoming calls.
- Bed linen and towels all included.
- Dog owners are welcome (up to two dogs allowed, upon payment of a small cleaning surcharge).
