  With your permission, Tidal Homes will use your contact information to contact you from time to time via your preferred method to let you know about special offers, upcoming promotions or update you on the progress of your order.   Tidal Homes will never request information that is excessive for our purpose, and we will try, with your help, to keep any information we hold about you up to date and accurate. Any information we store that is no longer relevant will be deleted after a reasonable length of time. You can request, at any time, that we stop using your information by contacting us.

  Links to external websites are provided as a service to our users, eg where they contain information that may be of either general or specific interest to persons visiting one of our holiday homes. However, we are not responsible for the content, views, or accuracy of information on external websites.

Our Security Policy

• We take your security very seriously and have gone to great lengths to ensure that your holiday experience with Tidal Homes is safe.
• Tidal Homes uses the latest PayPal technology to ensure that your on-line payments are secure. For your security, your payment details are passed directly from your bank to our bank's merchant service provider. We do not have access to or keep records of any credit / debit card details.
• The only exception to this is in the case of card payments made to us over the telephone, where we must manually enter your card details. Once your payment has been processed, your credit / debit card details will be destroyed.
