• Duration

  Weekly runs from Saturday to Saturday in summers and from Friday to Friday rest of the year. There is also the availability of short breaks outside the summer season. These run from Friday to Monday or Monday to Friday. Our late availability holidays accommodation also feature the same booking system.

• Arrival and Departure

  Holiday cottages will be available from 4 pm onwards on the date of arrival and you will be required to depart by 10 am on the departure date.

• Payment

  You just need to pay a small portion of the total amount at the time of the booking which is non-refundable unless the booking cannot be confirmed. Also, you would have to pay the full balance at least eight weeks before the arrival date, the absence of which may lead to the cancellation of your holiday cottage Northumberland as well as late availability holidays booking along with the loss of your deposit.

• Bookings

  All bookings are subject to final confirmation from our end. The same is true for our late availability holidays booking.

• Prices

  The total numbers of persons in your party must not exceed the stated capacity of the concerned holiday cottage.

• Pets

  We allow pets only in certain properties, if a cleaning surcharge is paid. For more details, you could check individual property information.

• Smoking

  Smoking is not permitted in our properties.

• Minors

  Bookings for our holiday cottages are not accepted from anyone under the age of 18 years or on behalf of groups of persons below 18 years..
