Booking Information

Here are our principal booking conditions. Our full booking terms will be provided during the booking process. Please contact us if you have any questions.

• Duration
  All weekly lets run from Saturday to Saturday in the summer season and from Friday to Friday at other times. Short breaks are available outwith the summer season. These run from Friday to Monday or Monday to Friday.
• Arrival and Departure
  Your holiday cottage will be available from 4.00 pm on the arrival date and you will be required to depart by 10.00 am on the departure date.
• Payment
  A non-refundable deposit of 33% is payable when you make a booking. No booking will be treated as complete until the deposit is paid. The deposit is non-returnable unless the booking cannot be confirmed, in which case it will be refunded. The full balance must be paid no later than six weeks before the arrival date. If the balance is not received by the due date, this may result in cancellation of your holiday and loss of your deposit. If the booking is made within six weeks of the arrival date, the full rent must be paid immediately.
  Bookings
  All bookings are subject to final confirmation by us.
• Prices
  Our prices include central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and tea towels.
• Infants
  We will provide a high chair and / or cot on request, but please bring you own cot bedding.
• Travel Directions
  Detailed travel directions to your property will be provided by post or email.
• Guest Numbers
  The total numbers of persons in your party must not exceed the stated capacity of the property.
• Pets
  We do not allow pets in our properties.
• Smoking
  Smoking is not permitted in our properties.
• Minors
  Bookings will not be accepted from anyone under the age of 18 years or on behalf of groups of persons under 18 years.
